They said he dated a celebrity like…over a year ago. Like I dunno any more details beyond that, but it was after his fling (because the descriptions that have been given to me make it sound more like friends with benefits) with Kiko. The MC determined from Ji’s words that it was a celebrity, and you can tell by Ji’s reaction that it was.
The only one I know he’s been linked to was Sohee, but as far as I’ve been told, that has been dead and buried year ago.
I do think he dates around more “seriously” than Seungri hence the “scandals” but I don’t ever think they go outside of the KVIP fandom. Much.
